The before state
BMI Advisory Services receives referrals from many offices across Canada. The old process demanded human review, cleanup, manual contact creation, manual assignment, manual outreach, and manual follow-up. The hard part was not just volume — it was routing accuracy.
Different agents are licensed for different provinces and tied to different offices and referral sources.
