About the Client

Community Appraisals is an Ontario-based real estate appraisal firm serving real estate agents, mortgage professionals, lawyers, lenders, property owners, and investors. With strong industry relationships and a respected name in the market, their growth was held back not by demand but by the systems behind their intake, follow-up, and client data.

The Challenge

The before state

Community Appraisals had strong industry presence and valuable relationships — but their marketing and operations systems needed structure.

At the event level, Community Appraisals was in front of a large, high-intent audience of investors, developers, and industry professionals. The opportunity was strong, but without a structured live funnel and opt-in system, high-value conversations could disappear after the event. At the back-office level, intake and CRM were holding the business back.
