REIcon is Canada’s premier real estate investment conference — “built by investors, for investors.” The 2nd annual event was held September 6–7, 2025 at the JW Marriott Edmonton (ICE District), drawing a community of 500+ engaged professionals and 400+ active investors, with a live “Deal Tank” pitch session.

The Challenge

The before state

This is not a traditional ROI case study — it is a credibility, market-education, and positioning story.

The real estate investing market was still heavily dependent on manual lead chasing, cold calling, inconsistent seller outreach, and owner-dependent sales activity.
